İKONİK BİR MARKANIN ÖYKÜSÜ

Oyuna duyulan sevgi, inovasyon tutkusu ve Fransız zarafeti. Lacoste'un hikayesi, 1933’ten bu yana, günlük giyimde devrim yaratan Fransız tenis efsanesi René Lacoste'u yansıtmıştır.

 

TİMSAHIN DOĞUŞU

Genç ve yetenekli tenis efsanesi René Lacoste, zarif oyunu, adil oyun anlayışı ve özgünlüğü ile iz bırakmış ve on yıl sonra markanın imzası haline gelmiştir.
 

1923

Boston'da Davis Cup turnuvası sırasında Amerikalı bir gazetecinin yakaladığı anekdot ile, “timsah efsanesi” doğdu. Sanatçı Robert George, timsah logosunu 1927'de hayata geçirdi.

1927

Aşk maçı: Simone, golf şampiyonu

René Lacoste'un gelecekteki eşi Simone Thion de la Chaume, 1924'te İngiliz Kızlar Amatör Golf Şampiyonası'nı kazandı, ardından on üç kez Fransa şampiyonu oldu.

1927

René Lacoste, 1925'ten 1929'a kadar bir dizi Grand Slam zaferi kazandı ve uluslararası sıralamada üstünlük sağladı: Fransız Uluslararası Şampiyonası’nda 5, Wimbledon'da 3 ve ABD Şampiyonalarında 2 zafer kazandı.

1928

René Lacoste’un da aralarında olduğu, dört efsanevi “Silahşör”e bir övgü olarak, efsanevi Roland Garros stadyumu Paris yakınlarında inşa edildi. Lacoste, 1971'de stadyumun resmi ortağı oldu. Simone'un babası René Thion de la Chaume’un sahipliğindeki Chantaco golf sahası, Lacoste ailesinin zarafetinin sembolü olan Lacoste Fransa Kadınlar Açık’a, 2012'den beri ev sahipliği yapıyor.

1933, LACOSTE EFSANESİNİN DOĞUŞU

Polo devrimi, sadece sporda değil, dünyada da kazandı. René Lacoste, ilk reklam kampanyası ile markayı resmen duyurarak moda dünyasına girdi ve bir efsane başlattı.

1951

Her sezonun kendine has renkleri var! René Lacoste, 1951'de tek renkli poloların ardından çizgili polo modellerini çıkardı. 1958'de Lacoste çocuk koleksiyonu üretildi.

1963

Patent üstüne patent: Performans arayışı

Tutkulu bir mucit olan René Lacoste, tenisin gelişiminde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Yıllar boyunca, tenis sporu üzerinde önemli etki yaratan yeniliklere imz atmıştır.

1967

René'nin kızı Catherine Lacoste, ABD Kadınlar Açık Golf Şampiyonası’nı kazanan tek Fransız amatör oyuncudur.

1968

Zarafetin yüksekliği

Lacoste, Golf ve Tenis sahalarından sonra kayak pistlerinde! 1960'larda Lacoste, Fransız kayak takımının resmi sponsoru oldu.

1970'ler

1950'lerden günümüze uluslararası bir marka olan Lacoste, 1970'lerde markanın spor mirasını ve zarif tarzını bir araya getirerek uluslararası reklam kampanyalarına başlamıştır.

1980’ler

Genişleyen Lacoste ürün ailesi

Lacoste ürün ailesi, 1960'larda piyasaya sürülen parfüm ve deri ürünlerine ek olarak, 1981'de güneş gözlükleriyle ve 1985'te tenis ayakkabılarıyla yeniden büyüyor.

Lacoste Vakfı

Lacoste Vakfı, ihtiyaç sahibi gençlerin tenis ve golf yoluyla sosyal entegrasyonlarını destekleyerek onlara yardımcı oluyor.

2010

Felipe Oliveira Baptista Lacoste’un tasarımcısı oldu.

2011

Marka, Lacoste Live adlı yeni serisinin lansmanı ile, genç, avangard ve çağdaş bir kitle için markanın sembolik kodlarını yeniden yorumluyor.

2017

“Novak Djokoviç Yeni Timsahtır”

Efsanevi tenisçi Novak Djokoviç, René Lacoste'un sportif şıklık, adil oyun ve azim değerlerini paylaşıyor.

2018
Lacoste, 85. Yılını kutlamak için, her on yılına ait 15 efsanevi giyim ürününü geri getirerek zamanda yolculuğa çıkıyor.

Kemaler Group

2018 Yılının aralık ayındaLacoste Kuzey Kıbrıs temsilciliğine başlayan Kemaler Group ilk mağazasını Lefkoşa Dereboyu’nda açmıştır. Kıbrıs Türkü’nün ihtiyaçlarına her dönemde cevap vermeye çalışan Kemaler Group Lacoste mağazacılık ağını KKTC’nin tümüne yaymayı planlamaktadır.
